you sound like my sister who had to become a terror.. she was
the only one fierce enough to be terrible to the Bangladeshis, the
Pakistanis and the Indians... (don't know why the Indian
sub-continent but i think it's a cultural thing)
they say something, she would go "show me..." and if they could
not, she'd send the whole lot back or just outright reject and
hammer them with a "failure to honour contract" thing...
according to her then-boss, they figured she was bluffing and
didn't care until they got hammered by the legal department
